OVER AND OVER AND | NEW DIORAMA
over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and.
BRIT SCHOOL | NEW DIORAMA THEATRE 2025
WRITTEN BY Jules Head, Katrine Reoutov and The Company.

Doesn’t it just feel like nothing is new anymore?
All we do is just re-do.
Telling the same stories over and over again, like we are too afraid or... It’s all Film-remake-of-a-film-that-was-already-a-remake, tv-shows-of-films-of-books stretching something so far it looses all its elasticity, all its, life. We’re like melted down madame tussauds wax figures of kate moss in her heroin chic. It’s like we've just run out, of everything, in every direction.
Do you think the Romans felt this sad?
When they realised it was all over for them. That it was you know… ending or, that it had actually already sort of ended… Do you think they were sad?
What do you think they did with it? Like where did they put it all?
How do you resist power when it has total control? What does it take for a system to collapse? What do you win if nothing is left?
Over and over and is a dance marathon about the end of everything. An endurance piece about disobience in the face of absolute power written and created in collaboration with theatre makers from Brit Bridge Theatre Company. An exploration on what it feels like to be full of life in a system that’s breaking, to be right at the start when everything around you is already ending.
